Mrigesh leads STS Group’s strategic direction, technical governance and integrated service delivery across geotechnical, environmental, drilling and laboratory operations. Combining senior geotechnical expertise with commercial and operational leadership, he works closely with clients and project teams to develop practical, risk-informed solutions and deliver consistent outcomes from early investigation through construction support.

James combines geotechnical knowledge with practical drilling and field investigation experience. He supports the planning and delivery of site investigations, with a focus on field coordination, drilling methodology, ground conditions, safety and the collection of reliable subsurface information for technical assessment.

Masoud leads engineering delivery and supports technical quality across STS Group’s geotechnical projects. His experience includes site investigation, geotechnical interpretation, laboratory and field data assessment, slope stability, foundation engineering and finite element analysis. He works with project teams to turn complex ground information into practical and defensible engineering advice.

Laurie is a highly experienced geotechnical engineer who provides technical review, mentoring and practical project advice across a broad range of ground engineering assignments. His contribution spans investigation planning, interpretation, foundations, earthworks, construction support and geotechnical risk management, strengthening both project outcomes and the capability of the wider STS team.
